Wenhui Lim

Wenhui has worked on many national and international projects as a partner of Spark. For over 14 years, she has led the design and management of complex urban developments, master planning and buildings. She is an award-winning designer with community building projects like Fai-Fah in Bangkok which was nominated for an Aga Khan Award. SPARK is also the winner of the German Design’s Council “Architect of the Year” award in 2014.
Wenhui is passionate about improving people’s lives through good design, she has worked closely with communities around the world to deliver impactful designs like the award-winning Beach Hut as well as collaboration with Blue Cross Charity, TMB Fai-Fah and the Fort addressing social and environmental sustainability issues. In her journey to contribute positively to society, Wenhui sold her artwork at a Singaporean art gallery with proceeds being donated to children’s welfare.
Wenhui’s influence was recognised when she was named one of Singapore’s Women’s Weekly “Great Women of Our Time” in 2016.
Wenhui speaks at numerous international events and is currently a judge on the Singapore panel of the Property Guru Asia having previously held the role of chairperson for 3 years.
