For the past 16 years, Wei Ling has been actively involved in developing wider colour selections and innovative coating solutions for Nippon Paint Malaysia. She has an immense passion in providing the best solutions for the architectural and decorative segment. She works in Nippon Paint Malaysia's research and development team and has a hand in developing some of the latest innovations in the world of colours and coatings. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with corporative with Campbell University.
