Jo-Lynn is responsible for driving the Colour Leadership and Digital Innovation regional portfolio for Nippon Paint and collaborates with local teams across 26 geographical locations worldwide. She leads colourful initiatives like Trend Beyond Colours and newly launched Creative Colour Awards. In addition to that, with her experience in product design, retail marketing, customer experience and e-commerce, she looks at front-facing solutions on digital platforms for B2C customers. Being a Bachelors of Design graduate from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia, she is grateful that her love for creativity and colours can be channelled into a portfolio which she is passionate about.
