As a student of design and policy, Géraud focuses on place-based processes that challenge marginality and racial injustice—by studying how communities and institutions learn, and how cultural change occurs. He has a background in international development and has worked with architecture nonprofit MASS Design Group and with the Presencing Institute, a platform for deeper listening.
